It's an AU story where Vegeta wins the battle on Earth, but just as he's about to finish off Goku and the others, Bulma and co. arrive via airbus and Bulma offers herself as a hostage to him, promising to help him find Namek's dragon balls if he spares her friends. It gets pretty interesting from there. Here's the ffn version, which is probably easier to read:
